Hi, I do run the same "sql" (that is 1st highlighted line below) on database and am able to capture records. what can be reasons that I have got the 2nd problem highlighted in above?

I believe that there is another issue above what you are showing as there are many issues also in the Watch window which needs to be resolved before row is okay as the line highlighted is fine.
